How SLC Mountain Transfers works
We’re a planning guide for one trip: Salt Lake City airport to Utah’s ski resorts. We write up the routes, road rules and options, and when you want a private ride, our partner Elite Transportation drives you.

Booking a ride, step by step
- Request. Use the quote form with your destination, date, flight time and group size. You see the published rate for SUV trips right away.
- Confirm. Elite Transportation replies within about an hour by text or email with the confirmed price and pickup plan, and takes payment. If you’d rather do it all online, their booking page takes card payment straight away.
- Ride. Your flight is tracked. You get a text when you land, collect your bags, then meet the driver at the ground-level pickup area. With meet and greet (+$45), the driver waits at baggage claim with a name sign.
Our partner, and why we recommend them
SLC Mountain Transfers is a travel guide for getting from Salt Lake City airport to Utah’s ski resorts. We recommend one private transfer company, Elite Transportation, and quote requests and bookings made here go to them. We work in partnership with Elite, so we have an interest in you choosing them. That’s why every guide also covers shared shuttles, public transit, rideshare and rental cars, with the trade-offs laid out so you can pick what fits your trip.
Elite Transportation is a family-owned private transportation company serving Park City, Deer Valley and Salt Lake City. They run private SUVs for up to 4 passengers and Sprinter vans for groups up to 14, from SLC Airport to Park City, Deer Valley, the Cottonwood Canyons and the other Northern Utah resorts. Their rates are published per vehicle with taxes included, which is why we can show prices on this site. We check them against their live rates and the last check was on 2026-10-16.
We don’t publish reviews of Elite Transportation on this site. If you want to read what past riders say, look them up on Google, where reviews come straight from customers.

How we keep the guides accurate
Every route and guide lists its sources at the bottom: UDOT, the airport, the resorts and local news. Distances and drive times are for normal conditions, and we say so. When a resort changes its parking, opening dates or passes, we update the page and the date at the top. If you spot something out of date, email [email protected].
