Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, mobile number, email, trip details (route, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight number) and any notes. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free page statistics to see which pages people read.

How we use it

Your request is sent to our operating partner, Elite Transportation, so they can confirm your price and arrange the ride. They contact you by text, phone or email. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.

If you book through Elite Transportation’s booking page, their own privacy policy applies to what you enter there, including payment details. We never see your card details.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months so we can help with changes, repeat trips or questions about a ride, then delete them.

Where it’s stored

The site and quote requests are handled on Cloudflare’s infrastructure in the United States. Requests are emailed to Elite Transportation.
